Job description
RPJ Design & BIM Solution, Nagpur, is looking for experienced BIM professionals to work on a Data Center Project involving multidisciplinary BIM modeling, coordination, clash detection, and construction documentation.
Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities – BIM Project Coordination
- Client Coordination: Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, clarify technical queries, follow up on deliverables, and maintain effective communication.
- Project Reporting: Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports, including completed work, pending tasks, milestones, and project status.
- Weekly Meetings: Schedule and conduct weekly project coordination meetings with clients and internal teams to discuss progress, challenges, deadlines, and action items.
- Team Management: Manage and coordinate the BIM team, allocate tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure timely project delivery.
- ETM Management: Handle ETM (as per the project's defined ETM process), coordinate with relevant stakeholders, and track updates and pending actions.
- Issue and Risk Management: Identify project issues, coordinate resolutions, maintain issue logs, and follow up on RFIs and technical clarifications.
- Milestone Tracking: Monitor project milestones, submission schedules, client feedback, and approval status.
- Documentation: Maintain meeting minutes (MoM), action trackers, project reports, and other project-related documentation.
- BIM Coordination: Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEPF teams to support model coordination, clash detection, and quality control.
