Job Title: BIM Architect
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
* Good knowledge of Revit Architecture and BIM workflows.
* Understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, and documentation.
* Ability to develop accurate 3D models and detailed construction drawings.
* Knowledge of BIM standards, families, schedules, and model coordination.
* Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to work within project deadlines.
* Freshers with strong Revit/BIM skills are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain architectural BIM models using Revit.
* Prepare detailed plans, elevations, sections, and construction documentation.
* Create and manage Revit families and project templates where required.
* Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines.
* Identify and resolve design and modelling issues.
* Maintain BIM model accuracy, standards, and documentation throughout the project.
* Collaborate with architects, designers, consultants, and project teams.
* Assist in preparing drawings and documentation for construction and client presentations.
