Job description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Structural Engineer** with **1–2 years of experience** to join our engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for structural analysis, design, detailing, and coordination of various structural projects while ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards
Responsibilities:
Perform structural analysis and design for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
* Prepare structural calculations, drawings, and design documentation.
* Develop RCC and steel structural designs as per project requirements.
* Prepare and review structural drawings using AutoCAD and relevant design software.
* Conduct load _calculations and ensure structural stability and safety.
* Coordinate with_ architects, civil engineers, MEP teams, and other project stakeholders.
* Review drawings and identify design or construction-related issues.
* Assist in site inspections and provide technical support during construction.
* Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
* Maintain accurate engineering documentation and project records.
* Support senior engineers in project planning, design reviews, and technical coordination.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in **Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering**.
* 1–2 years of relevant experience in structural design and analysis.
* Good knowledge of **RCC and steel structure design**.
* Familiarity with structural analysis and design principles.
* Knowledge of relevant **IS Codes and design standards**.
* Proficiency in **AutoCAD** for structural drawings and detailing.
* Working knowledge of structural design software such as **STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, or equivalent**.
* Understanding of structural load calculations, load combinations, and design checks.
* Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
* Basic knowledge of quantity estimation and preparation of technical documentation.
* Good knowledge of **MS Excel and MS Office**.
